Lars Schlichting heads up Product Planning, Artists Relations and Business Development at AlphaTheta Music Americas. He oversees the development of all hardware and software products, from concept to launch, for each of the companies’ brands, including Pioneer DJ. 1996 was his first WMC as well as the start of his career at (then) Pioneer. Since then, he has been heavily involved in creating seminal products such as the CDJ-1000, CDJ-3000, DJM-V10 and Euphonia. Lars had his start as a DJ and club promoter in 1990’s Berlin and today resides in Los Angeles
