Panels and Workshops
As electronic music’s most influential industry gathering, Winter Music Conference curates programming that brings together the world’s leading artists, executives, creators, and innovators to explore the future of global dance culture.
For 2026, WMC introduces a two-track format – WMC // INDUSTRY and WMC // CREATORS – designed to serve the full spectrum of the music ecosystem. From label leaders and platform founders to breakthrough producers and creative technologists, attendees will connect through a mix of panels, keynotes, and hands-on workshops tailored to inspire, inform, and accelerate careers.
Creator & Industry Panels
WMC’s Creator & Industry panels offer a forward-looking deep dive into the business, culture, and technology shaping the future of electronic music, from label creation and artist entrepreneurship to sustainability and the resurgence of physical media. Attendees will gain real-world insights into owning fan relationships, navigating AI and streaming disruption, building resilient communities, and unlocking new revenue streams across merch, retail, and physical formats. Alongside practical business strategy, select sessions spotlight the evolution and future of some of electronic music’s hottest genres, examining how sound, culture, and commerce intersect in today’s global scene.
Workshop Sessions
WMC’s Workshop program delivers smaller, hands-on sessions designed for deep focus and real-world skill building across production, gear, business, and career development. Led by trusted experts, brands, and educators, these workshops cover everything from advanced studio workflows and flagship DJ technology to event production, touring logistics, legal considerations, scoring for film and television, and SaaS platforms that streamline creative businesses. Attendees can expect practical guidance, live demonstrations, and actionable takeaways they can apply immediately to their careers—whether they’re refining their sound, expanding into new revenue streams, or professionalizing their operations.
Speakers
Speakers will include some of the world’s most influential electronic music artists, alongside representatives from AFEM, AlphaTheta, Balance Music, Beatport, Buddy, BroBot Records, Create Music Group, Circuit Group, Discogs, DJaayz, DJay Pro, EDM Tips, Event Masters, Fever, L-Acoustics, Prodigy Artists, Submix, Ultra Records, Vinyl Me Please, We Group, WME, and more TBA.
