What is Winter Music Conference (WMC)?
Winter Music Conference is the world’s longest-running electronic music conference, bringing together artists, industry professionals, and creators for panels, workshops, networking, parties and other events and opportunities during Miami Music Week.
WMC 2027 ushers in a new chapter for this legendary institution, reaffirming its place as a global hub for music, technology, education, and culture. The conference will feature two curated programming tracks (Industry + Creators), as well as two rooftop pool parties at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel.

Early Registration and the Opening Pool Party will take place on Wednesday, March 24. Winter Music Conference programming begins on Thursday, March 25, and continues through to Friday, March 26.
Can I stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel?
WMC returns to the Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Downtown Miami, placing you at the heart of the action with direct access to conference sessions, networking opportunities and poolside events, while keeping you close to everything Miami Music Week has to offer.
An exclusive discounted room rate is available for WMC delegates staying between Tuesday, March 23 and Friday, March 26, 2027. Rooms are limited so we recommend booking early.
How do I get to Winter Music Conference?
Miami Music Week traffic can be extremely busy, particularly when travelling between Miami Beach and Downtown. Please allow at least 1 hour of travel time to reach the venue. During peak periods, journeys from the beach to Downtown Miami can take up to 1–1.5 hours and can be quite costly.
It is recommended to use ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft, as well as public transport when traveling to the venue. A public parking lot is also available nearby.
While the Kimpton EPIC Hotel offers valet parking, this is not recommended for non-hotel guests due to high demand during the conference.

There is one badge type.
What does the WMC Pro Badge include?
Access to all conference WMC programming, including keynotes, panels, workshops, networking mixers, the A&R Pop-Up Lounge, gear exhibitor hall and two WMC pool parties. Plus entry to Miami Music Week sanctioned events.
Registration & Entry
How do I collect my badge?
Badges can be collected onsite at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel (14th floor registration desk). Please note: if you are a speaker or artist, your alternative badge collection point will have been communicated to you directly.
Early registration opens at 11 AM – 8 PM on Wednesday (Kimpton EPIC Hotel Lobby). During the conference (Thursday and Friday) registration opens at 11AM (14th floor registration desk). Once you receive your badge, you are good to go for the entire conference programming, daily registration is not required.
What do I need to bring?
A valid ID that matches the name used during registration.
Can I register using my artist name?
No — you must register using your legal name to collect your badge.
What happens if I lose my badge?
Attendees are responsible for keeping their event badge safe at all times. Lost, stolen or damaged badges cannot be guaranteed to be replaced. Winter Music Conference and its organisers accept no responsibility for lost badges and reserve the right to refuse entry where a valid badge cannot be presented.
Can I change the date of my badge? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final and badges can’t be refunded, changed, or modified.
What is the A&R Pop-Up Lounge?
A dedicated space where you can meet label representatives, share demos, and connect directly with A&R teams.
