Jesper Skibsby is the CEO and Founder of WARM (World Airplay Radio Monitor), a platform launched in 2017 to bring transparency on global radio airplay to all parts of the music industry. In 2010 he founded his own label and management company, working hands-on across artist development, promotion, and touring. He went on to serve as a board member of DUP, the Danish association of independent record labels, advocating for the independent music sector. Jesper is also the driving force behind the Lisbon Dance Summit — an electronic music conference and festival in Lisbon, Portugal.
