A true architect of the global dance music movement, Bill Kelly has been shaping the sound and culture of electronic music for over four decades. Emerging from Miami at the dawn of disco, he quickly became a tastemaker and trailblazer—introducing groundbreaking artists to new audiences and helping propel legends like Madonna, Donna Summer, KC & The Sunshine Band, Depeche Mode, and more into the spotlight.
Named Billboard’s Miami DJ of the Year, Kelly co-founded the iconic Winter Music Conference (WMC)—the world’s longest-running and most influential dance music gathering—helping transform Miami into a global epicenter for electronic music and culture. In 2012, he was honored with an award presented by Rob Principe and the late Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC, recognizing his lasting impact on DJ artistry, culture, and community. His work has also earned him the Key to the City of Miami Beach, induction into the Dance Music Hall of Fame, and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the DJ Awards in Ibiza.
