Alyssa Vera is a seasoned music industry professional with over a decade of experience spanning industry relations, communications, events, and technology. Her career bridges the major label system, the independent sector, and the music tech space, giving her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the recorded music ecosystem. From representing 700+ independent labels at A2IM to launching innovative fan-engagement and streaming tools and managing global release campaigns for artists including Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Avicii, and Afrojack, she is known for translating complex ideas with clarity and empathy for artists, partners, and teams. Vera is proud to be a founding board member of Music Declares Emergency US and F-emme, a women’s record collective dedicated to empowering women in DJ culture and fostering spaces for new music discovery. She is currently the Director of Membership for North America at the Association for Electronic Music.
