How do I get to Winter Music Conference at the Kimpton EPIC?
Miami Music Week traffic can be extremely busy, particularly when travelling between Miami Beach and Downtown. Please allow at least 1 hour of travel time to reach the venue. During peak periods, journeys from the beach to Downtown Miami can take up to 1–1.5 hours and can be quite costly.
It is recommended to use ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft, as well as public transport when traveling to the venue. A public parking lot is also available nearby.
While the Kimpton EPIC Hotel offers valet parking, this is not recommended for non-hotel guests due to high demand during the conference.

Access to all conference WMC programming, including keynotes, panels, workshops, mixers, the A&R Pop-Up Lounge, and the gear exhibitor hall.
What does the WMC Pro Badge include?
Access to all conference WMC programming, including keynotes, panels, workshops, mixers, the A&R Pop-Up Lounge, and the gear exhibitor hall. Plus entry to all three WMC x Beatport rooftop pool parties and sanctioned Miami Music Week events.
What does the WMC Social Badge include?
Access to networking mixers, all three WMC x Beatport rooftop pool parties and sanctioned Miami Music Week events.
Do badges include pool party access?
Pool party access is included with the Pro Badge and Social Badge only.
Registration & Entry
How do I collect my badge?
Badges can be collected onsite at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel (14th floor registration desk). Please note: if you are a speaker or artist, your alternative badge collection point will have been communicated to you directly.
Early registration opens at 11 AM – 8 PM on Tuesday. During the conference (Wednesday and Thursday) badges can be picked up from 11am – 6 PM.
What do I need to bring?
A valid ID that matches the name used during registration.
Can I register using my artist name?
No — you must register using your legal name to collect your badge.
Sanctioned Events
What are WMC sanctioned events?
Sanctioned events are official Miami Music Week parties and showcases partnered with WMC, taking place across the city.
Do I get guaranteed entry to sanctioned events?
No — entry is subject to venue capacity and is not guaranteed. We recommend arriving early.

Pool Parties
When are the pool parties?
Three pool parties will take place on the Kimpton EPIC Hotel Pool Deck on Tuesday (5PM – 10 PM), Wednesday (3PM – 10 PM) and Thursday (3 PM to 10 PM).
Do I need a separate ticket?
Access to all three pool parties is included with the WMC Pro Badge and WMC Social Badge.
Individual pool party tickets are also available to purchase on DICE. Please note that purchasing one ticket via DICE will only enable entry for the day you have selected.
