Miles Shackleton has a 20 year career spanning the fields of marketing, brand and education. Miles has steered the brand strategy for Toolroom over the past 10 years, growing the label’s online community to over 1m followers. He has been instrumental in some of the label’s flagship campaigns, including the BRIT-Certified Platinum campaign for Weiss ‘Feel my Needs’, the #ToolroomFamily superfan activation, Toolroom’s 10th and 15th anniversary campaigns, as well as the renowned #RESET campaign which saw a total rebrand of the label in 2014. More recently, Miles founded the Toolroom Academy, building the world’s fastest-growing electronic music company from the ground up. In summer 2023 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the Toolroom label, its label services division Amplified, and the Toolroom Academy.
