After working with global festivals as part of the Tomorrowland and Live Nation teams for the past several years, Joe created Medium Rare - a management and consulting company focused on live events. Medium Rare manages Shaquille O'Neal, DJ Carnage, Codeko, and created O’Neal’s his personal event series - Shaq's Fun House.
Part festival, part carnival, Shaq's Fun House activates at leading cultural events around the world. Shaq's inaugural Fun House in March of 2018 was one of the most viral events of the year featuring surprise performances and appearances by Diplo, Steve Aoki, A-Track, DJ Carnage, Rob Gronkowski, Von Miller, designer Alexander Wang, and Shark Tank’s Daymond John. Shaq's Super Bowl Fun House sold out 3,000 tickets and featured performances from Migos, Diplo, Tiesto, Lil Jon, T-Pain, and Cirque Du Soleil garnering over 2.5 Billion media impressions highlighted by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, CNN, Forbes, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, Business Insider and many more.
Prior to launching Medium Rare, Joe spent 3 years with the Tomorrowland team as Marketing & Talent Director of TomorrowWorld. Silberzweig first met O’Neal at the 2014 edition of the TomorrowWorld Festival. Fast forward to 2019, DJ Diesel has graced main stages including Tomorrowland, Life in Color, Lost Lands, and even released ‘BANG’ in collaboration with NGHTMRE & Lil Jon. Silberzweig also manages the multi-platinum recording artist - DJ Carnage. From platinum records to headlining sets at the world’s biggest music festivals, Carnage is the pioneer of ‘Trap Music’ and is responsible for shaping an entire generation of music fans.
Directly prior to launching Medium Rare, Joe spent three years at Live Nation as the Senior Director of Business Development for Dance Music. In that role Joe managed sponsorship for Live Nation’s dance music platform and worked with brands such as Smirnoff, Corona, Amazon, Microsoft XBOX, and Google Pixel.
